Yes, You Can, Momma!

Jack often gets frustrated and tells me, "Mom, I can't" to which I always reply, "You can do anything you put your mind to, baby". That usually suffices and he continues doing whatever it was that he was trying to accomplish...and he usually succeeds.

Yesterday, while driving, the song "It Happens" by Sugarland came on the radio. Jack LOVES Sugarland. When the song was over, he said, "Play it again, Mommy" and I said, "I can't, Jack, it's on the radio."

He very sternly replied, "You can do anything you put your mind to, Momma". Ah, yes. Mr. Smarty Pants.
