Jack, the Heartbreaker. Volume 1.

Jack's day care provider, Shannon, has two other children there during the day. Gabrielle, who is 4, and Lucy, who is 3. Jack loves them both to pieces and is constantly talking about both of them. Jack really, truly loves going to Shannon's.

Last night, I pulled into Shannon's to pick Jack up. He was sitting on the floor, building a tower with Lucy out of blocks. He saw me and ran to give me a hug. That was quickly broken up by him realizing that Lucy was building more of the tower than he was.

I began talking to Shannon and Terry (Shannon's husband) about the day's events and what happened. Terry and my mom worked at the same organization, which is how we know each other. He and my mom were very close friends.

I finally peel Jack away long enough to get his shoes on. Then, proceed to get his coat on. After wrestling with Terry and trying to find his hat...we were ready to go.

Gabrielle came over and asked Jack for a kiss good-bye. Jack responded quickly with, "No kisses, Gabrielle" and walked over to Lucy and laid one on her.

Goodness. He's a heartbreaker at age 2. Watch out, ladies! :)
