So, last Friday, Jack declared to me that he needed to "Go to the potty for gummy worms". Yes, that's right, I'm bribing my child with candy. Desperate times call for desperate measures....and I am DESPERATE to stop buying diapers!
And you know what, it works. That day, Jack pooped in the potty.
And every day since then, he has at least peed in the potty.
No, I haven't stopped putting him in diapers...but I did let him pick out his own underwear. He chose Sesame Street.
I'm hoping this is the start of being done with diapers by my birthday.

YAY Jack!!! Keep up the great work! Only candy? My kid got candy a sticker and a toy! No that desperate LOL
